A Fisherman Reflects

This was my last painting in Giovinazzo and the second painting of that day. I had seen this white boat earlier in the day and it made me think of a painting I saw in an antique store a few years ago. The painting had two figures sitting in a boat with a beautiful reflection. So I used that as inspiration and painted the figure from imagination. There was also a group of boats in the foreground that I didn’t like so I whipped out my artistic license and decided to paint a nice reflection instead.
