This is the First Temple of Hera in Paestum, built around 550-525BCE and I feel like its often overlooked compared to the second Temple of Hera. The columns are massive and I really like how open it was inside so the landscape in the distance is also visible. I stood underneath a big cyprus tree and painted this piece over two days.
