This was day 20 of the trip, day 4 of being in Puglia and the exhaustion was really starting to hit. I was actually planning to sit this session out but my friend Simon kept teasing me for being lazy, and so, the painting began. And I’m very happy that it did because the light beaming through the arches was spectacular and I really liked how the shape of the light leads directly to the focal point being the door.
